Company History

• The Company has exercised the rights of the warrant to purchase the Company's common shares (AIT-W2) for the second exercised on March 31, 2023 and the third exercised on September 30, 2023 with the exercise price at 2.00 baht/share. A total of 133,547,451 units of AIT-W2 were exercised both times and there were still 82,719,359 units of unexercised warrants remaining. Therefore, the Company's common shares increased by 133,547,451 shares, resulting in The Company's common shares as of December 31, 2023 amounted to 1,464,762,802 shares and had paid-up registered capital of 1,464,672,802 baht. There is still one more exercise of AIT-W2 rights remaining, which is the last exercise of rights, which is January 12, 2024.

• The Company changed the par value of shares from 5 baht to 1 baht to increase liquidity for investors, effective on January 4, 2022.
• On January 14, 2022, the Company sold all shares held by in Genesis Data Center Company Limited (a joint venture between the Company, WHA Infonite Holding Company Limited and Interlink Telecom Public Company Limited) to invest in the data center business to a company in France with a profit of approximately 67 million baht.
• The Company made its first exercise of warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the Company (AIT-W2) on September 30, 2022, with an exercise price of 2.00 baht/share. A total of 299,520,866 units was on the exercised warrants in AIT-W2 and there are 216,266,810 units remaining on unexercised warrants. Therefore, the Company’s ordinary shares increased by 299,520,866 shares. As a results, the number of ordinary shares of the Company as of December 31, 2022 is 1,331,125,351 shares with a paid-up capital of 1,331,125,351 baht. However, the Company can made more 3 exercises of warrants for AIT-W2 on March 31, 2023, September 30, 2023 and January 12, 2024.
• The Company organized the “AIT 30 Years Journey of Trust” event on October 26, 2022 to celebrate its 30^th anniversary of business success and thank customers, partners and business partners who have joined the journey based on confidence and trust contributing to the business growth of AIT up until now. On December 19, 2022, the Company also built “Phra Pok Rom Yen”, the buddha image of Phra Ratchapawanawachirakhun (Luang Pu Chue) on a special occasion of the 30^th anniversary for the auspiciousness to the executives and employees enshrined in Chaiyaphum Province
• The Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2022 passed a resolution to invest in Carbon Credit trading business and economic teak plantation in an amount of 176.8 million baht. The Company will invest from the beginning of the plantation process, so it is considered a long-term investment for sustainable benefit. The Company expects to start generating returns from selling teak or selling carbon credits in the period of 5-7 years onwards. However, investing in such businesses reflects the importance of environmentally friendly business operations. Although the Company’s main business operations do not have a direct impact on the environment, this investment is another beginning of participation, whether directly or indirectly, and reflects the commitment towards sustainability.

• The Company has become an “HPE Gold Partner” of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• The Company has stepped up to be a "HUAWEI Gold Partner" of Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• The Company has developed its Internet of Thing products to enhance the service to customers. Formerly known as “Talegur”, “iotonix” is a comprehensive platform for exchanging IoT data online to be launched the website https://iotonix.ait.co.th/th/

• The Company has invested in Blue Green Solution Co., Ltd., which operates the business of System Storage. This investment is expected to increase the Company's services to be comprehensive and strengthen its business.

• The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2021 resolved that the Company change the par value of the Company's shares from 5 baht per share to 1 baht per share and to approve the issuance of warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares No. 2 (AIT-W2) not exceeding 515,802,242 units for right offerings in the proportion of 2 existing ordinary shares per 1 unit of AIT-W2 warrant, including the approval of the increase of the Company's registered capital in the amount of 515,802,242 baht by issuing 515,802,242 new ordinary shares to support the exercise of AIT-W2 warrants on December 21, 2021.

• 27 April 2020
  Mr. Apichai Nimjirawat, Senior Executive Vice President - Marketing and Sales Division of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited, the Company representative donated 1 set of “intelligent temperature detector” to the Royal Thai Air Force at the Special Reception Room 1, which was honored by ACM Manat Wongwat, Commander in Chief of the Air force and entourage on Monday.

  Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited, in cooperation with Site Preparation Management Company Limited, donated 1 set of intelligent temperature detector to Chulalongkorn Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society to be utilized in screening patients, which was honored by Adjunct Asst. Prof. Dr. Surin Asawiturathip, Assistant Director of the Corporate Image, Chulalongkorn Hospital and the management on Tuesday.

  Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited donated 1 set of intelligent temperature detector to Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health which was honored by Adjunct Dr. Adisai Phattatang, M.D., Director of Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health on Thruseday, 7th May 2020 to be used in screening patients and supporting the performance of healthcare personnel.

  Mr. Siripong Oontornpan, Chairman of Executive Committee and President of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited (“AIT”) attended the signing ceremony of Integrity Pact between Mr. Sorasak Phianavej, Secretary of the House of Representatives and 4 observers, Pol. Maj. Gen. Saengchai Suwattanapakdee, Miss Sotthiya Arwichian, Mr. Somchat Chesrichai and Mr. Wichian Jessadakan, in order to declare an intention to perform duties with honesty and integrity in the information and communication technology project at the new Parliament Building at Chao Phraya River View meeting room, 4th floor, the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, the new Parliament Building (Kiakkai) on 22 March 2019.

  Mr. Chodiwat Duntanasarn, Director and Senior Executive Vice President of Customer Relations Division (3rd from left) together with the management of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited (“AIT”) attended the MOU signing ceremony for the development and promotion project and determination of the guidelines for underground communication cable network in Bangkok and the opening ceremony for the construction of an underground communication conduit network in Bangkok on 18 June 2019 at the open space and entrance of The Street Shopping Mall, Ratchadaphisek Road, with Pol.Gen. Aswin Khwanmuang, the Governor of Bangkok presided over the ceremony.

  Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited (“AIT”), represented by Mr. Siripong Oontornpan, Chairman of Executive Committee and President, and Mr. Suraporn Raktaprachit, Senior Executive Vice President - Service Division has entered into a MOU with Hentong Optic-Electric, a global cable industry leader from China on 3 July 2019 at AIT building.

  Ms. Netnapit Oontornpan, Senior Executive Vice President - Corporate Affairs Division of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited, along with the management team donated the AIT E-Library together with computer equipment and sports equipment to Ban Tha Kratiam School, Tha Yang Sub-district, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province, with a warm welcome from Ms. Punnika Ngampradit, the school director together with teachers and students on 23 November 2019. This is in order to create opportunities for underprivileged children in backcountry school that is insufficient and in need to have an access on the Information Technology.

  Mr. Apichai Nimgirawath, Senior Executive Vice President - Marketing and Sales Division of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited (“AIT”) and Mr. Voravuth Mala, Deputy Governor of the Property Management & Development Department, acting on behalf of the Governor of the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) duly signed and entered into a contract for the development of ticket distribution and reservation system (D-Ticket). The Metro hired AIT to develop an application and ticketing system to support in all channels both online and offline in order to raise the service standards at the State Railway of Thailand on 23 December 2019.

• 4 October 2018
  Advanced Information Technology PLC opened a subsidiary named “S P Resources and Commercials Pte.Ltd.” in Singapore, to be engaged in trading of spare parts and hardware accessories, as well as to operate other businesses with an investment value of 100,000 SGD, which notizv bfied in the Board of Directors Meeting No.4/2018 for an acknowledgement on 4 October 2018.

  The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Mr.Siripong Oontornpan,
  Chairman of the Executive Committee and the President of Advanced Information Technology PCL and
  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supan Tangchitkusilmun, the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs of King
  Mongkut’ s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. The focus is on the development of Information
  Technology, in term of innovation and knowledge, in order to produce quality personnel to support the
  competition and the growth.
• 8 October 2017
  Advanced Information Technology PCL received a plaque “CompTIA Authorized Partner” from Mr.Dennis
  Kwok, Vice President of Asia Pacific CompTIA for TraiNex Training Center, as being Thailand’s leading
  training center for ICT skill development. The center is fully integrated and modern to support the
  competition and changes in Information Technology in the future, received by Mr.Putti Dhamrongsirivadh,
  Executive Vice President - Customer Service.

  The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Mr.Siripong Oontornpan,
  Chairman of the Executive Committee and the President of Advanced Information Technology PCL and
  Mr. Lee Joon Hoo, Senior Vice President, IoT Business Division of SK Telecom Co. , Ltd. , a Korean
  telecommunication company, to develop the potential of the business related to IoT Solutions, Mobile
  Application Platform, Smart City Solution, Fiber Intrusion Detection System, and CCTV Solutions. SK
  Telecom will support in sales, techniques, and training to the Company employees in order to propose the
  solution in the mentioned services to the businesses in Thailand in enhancing their business performances.

  The Board of Directors of AIT has resolved to approve an investment in Data Center business with WHA
  Infonite Holding Company Limited and Interlink Telecom Public Company Limited in the total amount of 70
  Million Baht, new joint venture namely Genesis Data Center Company Limited. The Company invest in the
  total ratio equals to 1/3 (one-third) he total registered share of 210 Million Baht or 2.1 Million Shares. The
  Data Center project size is 624 racks on a plot land size of 5,277 square meters which is located at Amphoe
  Bangplee, Samutprakarn.

  The Company has professional developed the modernized training center to support various customers
  and changing the name from Train4 to TrainNex.
• 28 September 2016
  Mr. Siripong Oontornpan, Chairman of the Executive Committee and President and Assoc.Prof Dr.Sujate
  Jantarang President of Mahanakorn University of Technology singed MoU with Faculty of Information
  Science and Technology, Mahanakorn University of Technology in cooperation with academic exchanges
  and personnel exchanges in order to jointly develop students to respond to customerneeds.

Appointed as partner from F5, Vmware, and Netapp to provide us with the most complete cloud solutions.

Received a CISCO Certified Training Center and opened a training center, "Train 4" to train the company's
customers as well as those who want to learn the technical and technologies of CISCO Systems.
