Available Positions

Junior Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities

  • Planning and Implementing new network solutions or improving the efficiency of customers networks.
  • Planning ,Testing, and Implementation request of change involves network, security solution as require by customers.
  • Configure, and support network equipment, including firewall, access point , routers, switches, and more.
  • Investigate and troubleshooting network and security problems.
  • Preventive maintenance and prepare suggestion report and solutions to customers.
  • Prepare required reports such as Installation/configurations/maintenance report, and etc.
  • Interact and negotiation with others team such as Sale, Presale, Technical support and Third party vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecom/ or related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in IT network infrastructure.
  • Understanding of basic network and LAN/WAN configuration such as Routing, Spanning tree, VLAN.
  • Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP VLAN,IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF).
  • Knowledge and experience with network products (eg., Cisco, Huawei, Aruba and more).
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skill and service-minded.
  • Have self learning skill and like to learn new things and new technology.
  • Have a lot of responsibility Able to complete work as assigned.
  • Good attitude(Can do attitude), fast learner and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and good solve the immediate problem.

Network Engineer (Onsite – NT บางรัก)

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance support.
  • First-line support.
  • Create and maintain documentation of network configuration.
  • Configure Cisco Router, Switch and Access point and etc.
  • Interact and negotiation with vendors outsource to secured network and serviced.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operation issues.
  • Troubleshooting on site.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecom/ or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience as a network or related role.
  • Knowledge and experience in Cisco product, Routing Switching.
  • Good command in English especially communication skill.
  • Network certification: CCNA or related would be an advantage.
  • Good attitude, Smart working and Communication skill.
  • Can work in shifts. (09.00 – 21.00 / 21.00 – 09.00)

IT System & Server Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage, install, configure, maintain, and optimize computer operating systems, centralized storage systems, computer systems, and infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient operation. (Windows Server, SAN and Visual Server (VMWare) Such as  Linux Server, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database)
  • Ensure the organization’s cybersecurity by configuring secure operating systems, securing social media accounts, and updating necessary solutions to protect against cyber threats.
  • Support the preparation of summary reports for gap analysis (GAP Analysis) of various processes in compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 international standard.
  • Manage the creation, removal, and modification of user accounts for new hires or departing employees, including updating permissions to align with the company’s organizational structure. (Active Directory, VPN, ISE, Software Subscription, MS-Office 365)
  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain the company’s communication and network systems. (Internet, E-Mail, Proxy, Storage, FaceScan, CCTV, LogServer, Video conference, IP Phone, Mail Gateway / LAN, Wifi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewall, Network Switch)
  • Manage the backup system and regularly test data restoration to ensure completeness. (Tape LTO8, VM Backup & Repication, DR-Site)
  • Monitor and inspect the status of the Data Center and company network systems. (DCIM, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
  • Provide consultation, support, and technical problem-solving assistance to the IT Support team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experiences as a IT System & Server, System Administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Linux Server, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database.
  • Extensive experience in Windows Server, SAN and Visual Server (VMWare).
  • Strong Knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
  • Service mind and enthusiastic to working attitude and ability to relate well with people from all levels.
  • Can solve the problem in a limited time and withstand the pressure.
  • Ability to analyze Solve problems systematically and work as a team.

Network Engineer (Onsite : สำนักงานประกันสังคม)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage team for support customer core network infrastructure.
  • Monitor and Maintain Network System.
  • Interact and negotiation with vendors outsource to secured network and serviced.
  • Create and Maintain documentation of network configuration, Cisco Viptela SDWAN, Switch, ASA Firewall, Cisco ISE, Stealthwatch and Aruba Access point.
  • Responsible for day–to–day operation issues.
  • Troubleshooting on site.
  • Write monthly network utilization report.
  • Maintain Python network automation script.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer/Computer Science/Information. Technology/Telecom/or related field.
  • 3 years upper of experience as a network or related role.
  • Knowledge and experience in cisco technology (routing/switching).
  • Knowledge and experience Programming in Python.
  • Must have Network certification; CCNA.
  • Good command in English especially communication skill.
