Job Responsibilities

• Migrate and Maintenance of Incident, Request and Change.
• Monitor and Maintain Network System.
• Create and Maintain documentation of Preventive Maintenance.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation issues.
• Troubleshooting on site.
• Interact and negotiation with Team (Pool) such as technical support , LAB test
• Report QBR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecom/or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a network or related role.
• Knowledge and experience in cisco network (NAC or ACI)would be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience Programming in Javascript,Python.
• Good command in English especially communication skill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and allocate the resources required to complete the project.
• Manage scope changes, communicate internally and to customer in a timely fashion to meet Cost/Time/Product/Quality targets.

• PMP, Prince2 certification would be an advantage.
• Very good problem solving, negotiation, presentation and communication skill.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellence in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
