The Company’s teak plantation for carbon credits project has been successfully registered as a voluntary greenhouse gas reduction project under Thailand’s standard, the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER), which is supervised by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and administered by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization). The project is expected to reduce and sequester an average of approximately 1,214 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent per year.
The Company has received a certificate of recognition for supporting greenhouse gas reduction activities from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, administered by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization). This recognition was granted for the implementation of two key initiatives: a rooftop solar power generation system (Solar Rooftop) and waste segregation for recycling. Based on the assessment, these two initiatives have reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 26.849 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent.
Commitment to the Thai CAC: On September 26, 2025, AIT formally declared its intent to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). This landmark commitment reinforces our dedication to transparent, fair, and highly accountable business governance, further driving trust among our enterprise clients, technology partners, and stakeholders. AI-Driven Carbon Analytics Investment: To accelerate national carbon neutrality, AIT completed a strategic 5 million Baht investment (representing a 50% equity stake) in Carbon Lead Company Limited. Carbon Lead specializes in IoT and AI-driven automated carbon footprint reporting, alongside providing end-to-end greenhouse gas reduction advisory services.
Forestry Carbon Offset Solutions: We committed 3 million Baht to acquire a 23% stake in Zero CO2 Public Company Limited. This venture offers comprehensive forest-based carbon credit services, ranging from seedling cultivation and plantation management to registration, validation, and commercial carbon credit trading.
Warrant Optimization & Capital Growth: Following the final exercise of the AIT-W2 warrants on January 12, 2024, 504,811,087 units were successfully converted, leaving 10,991,155 units unexercised. This capital cycle successfully grew AIT’s paid-up registered capital to 1,536,415,572 Baht.
AIT-W2 Warrant Conversion: AIT successfully processed the second and third tranches of the AIT-W2 warrant exercises on March 31 and September 30, 2023, respectively, at an exercise price of 2.00 Baht per share. Across both periods, 133,547,451 units were converted into common shares, leaving 82,719,359 units remaining ahead of the final execution date. This increased AIT’s total outstanding common shares to 1,464,762,802, with a paid-up registered capital of 1,464,672,802 Baht.
Stock Split for Investor Liquidity: On January 4, 2022, AIT executed a share division, reducing the par value of shares from 5 Baht to 1 Baht. This strategic adjustment successfully enhanced market liquidity for all retail and institutional investors.
Profitable Asset Divestment: On January 14, 2022, we divested our entire equity position in the joint venture Genesis Data Center Company Limited (previously held alongside WHA Infonite Holding and Interlink Telecom) to a leading French multinational corporation.
