Responsibility
- Support for network incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure stability and availability.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco network devices (Router, Switch, Access Point).
- Support and monitor Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) via Cisco DNA Center.
- Support and monitor Cisco ACI fabric and resolve basic network issues.
- Handle day-to-day network operation issues and on-site troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and outsourced service providers.
- Create and maintain basic network documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, or Network Engineer roles.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, particularly Routing and Switching.
- Basic understanding or experience with Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) and/or Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools, incident management, and troubleshooting processes.
- Good command of English, with effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibility
- Monitor core network performance and availability using specialized tools to ensure high service standards for NT/CAT.
- Assist senior engineers in investigating and resolving network issues (Tier 2-3 level) related to BGP, MPLS, and Internet Gateways.
- Learn and perform basic network configuration and updates on carrier-grade routers and switches.
- Accompany senior engineers for on-site troubleshooting and equipment maintenance at client locations.

Responsibility
- Technical Advisory: Provide expert consultation to banking clients regarding network architecture, optimization, and security best practices.
- Data Center Operations (ACI): Manage and maintain Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), including fabric management, tenant configuration, and policy enforcement.
- Enterprise & SD-WAN Management: Administer and optimize Enterprise-scale networks using SDN and SD-WAN solutions to ensure seamless branch connectivity.
- Change & Request Management: Execute Network Change Requests (CR) and Service Requests (SR) following strict ITIL frameworks and banking compliance standards (e.g., during maintenance windows).
- Incident Management: Lead the troubleshooting process for complex network incidents, ensuring rapid restoration of services within defined SLAs.
- Lifecycle Management: Plan and perform firmware/hardware upgrades, patches, and capacity planning for all network assets to ensure system stability.
- Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation including Low-Level Designs (LLD), Network Diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualification
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Enterprise Network environment (experience in Banking or Large Enterprises is a plus).
- Technical Skills: * Strong foundation in Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI or other Data Center SDN technologies.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco Viptela/Versa/Silver Peak).
- Knowledge of Network Security (Firewalls, Load Balancers) is an advantage.
- Process Oriented: Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
- Certification: CCNA/CCNP (Enterprise or Data Center) is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Highly responsible, detail-oriented (crucial for banking), and able to work during non-business hours for scheduled maintenance.
