Responsibility
- เฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบระบบเครือข่าย (Network Monitoring): ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและความพร้อมใช้งานของโครงข่ายหลัก (Core Network) โดยใช้เครื่องมือเฉพาะทาง เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานการบริการระดับสูงสำหรับ NT/CAT
- สนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหา (Incident Support): ช่วยเหลือวิศวกรอาวุโส (Senior Engineer) ในการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเครือข่าย (ระดับ Tier 2-3) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BGP, MPLS และ Internet Gateway
- ตั้งค่าระบบเบื้องต้น (Basic Configuration): เรียนรู้และดำเนินการตั้งค่า (Configuration) รวมถึงอัปเดตระบบเบื้องต้น บนอุปกรณ์เราเตอร์และสวิตช์ระดับ Carrier-grade
- ปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ (On-site Assistance): ร่วมเดินทางกับวิศวกรอาวุโสเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารข้อมูล (Documentation): ช่วยจัดทำและอัปเดตไดอะแกรมระบบเครือข่าย (Network Diagram) บันทึกประวัติทางเทคนิค และรายงานอุบัติการณ์ (Incident Reports) เพื่อให้การส่งต่อความรู้ภายในทีมเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง
Qualification
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 0 - 2 ปี ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรเครือข่าย (Network Engineer) หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีของ Cisco (Routing/Switching, BGP, MPLS)
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา JavaScript หรือ Python

Responsibility
- Technical Advisory: Provide expert consultation to banking clients regarding network architecture, optimization, and security best practices.
- Data Center Operations (ACI): Manage and maintain Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), including fabric management, tenant configuration, and policy enforcement.
- Enterprise & SD-WAN Management: Administer and optimize Enterprise-scale networks using SDN and SD-WAN solutions to ensure seamless branch connectivity.
- Change & Request Management: Execute Network Change Requests (CR) and Service Requests (SR) following strict ITIL frameworks and banking compliance standards (e.g., during maintenance windows).
- Incident Management: Lead the troubleshooting process for complex network incidents, ensuring rapid restoration of services within defined SLAs.
- Lifecycle Management: Plan and perform firmware/hardware upgrades, patches, and capacity planning for all network assets to ensure system stability.
- Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation including Low-Level Designs (LLD), Network Diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualification
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Enterprise Network environment (experience in Banking or Large Enterprises is a plus).
- Technical Skills: * Strong foundation in Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI or other Data Center SDN technologies.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco Viptela/Versa/Silver Peak).
- Knowledge of Network Security (Firewalls, Load Balancers) is an advantage.
- Process Oriented: Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
- Certification: CCNA/CCNP (Enterprise or Data Center) is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Highly responsible, detail-oriented (crucial for banking), and able to work during non-business hours for scheduled maintenance.

- Sales Support & Co-Creation: ทำงานประกบทีมขายเพื่อค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ, เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันเชิงลึก, จัดทำ Proof-of-Concept (PoC) และวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน
- Solution Architecture & Design: ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบให้ตอบโจทย์ลูกค้า โดยเน้น:
- Network Data Center: Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) และระบบสวิตช์/เราต์เตอร์ระดับองค์กร
- System Data Center: Server Virtualization, Hypervisor, Software-Defined Storage (SDS) และ Hybrid Cloud
- Proposal, BOM & Costing: วิเคราะห์ TOR/RFP จัดทำข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค (Technical Proposal), ขอบเขตงาน (Scope of Work - SoW), Bill of Materials (BOM) และควบคุมราคา/Margin ของโครงการ
- Project Handover: ส่งมอบงานต่อให้ทีม Engineering, Delivery และ Project Management ได้อย่างถูกต้องราบรื่นหลังปิดการขาย
Qualification
- Education & Experience: วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา IT, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, โทรคมนาคม หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีขึ้นไป ในงาน Presales, Solution Design หรือ Network/System Engineering ในธุรกิจ System Integrator (SI) หรือ Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
- Technical Expertise:
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) และ Data Center Switching (Nexus)
- มีพื้นฐานแข็งแกร่งด้าน Virtualization และแนวคิด Hybrid Cloud
